I'm interested in the case of William Scott. He was a Psychologist for the army that was found under a bridge in the D.C. are in mid '72, who's death was ruled a suicide. His family was doubtful, and believed that he was dosed as part of the MK Ultra/Bluebird expieraments. Possibly even thrown from the bridge. This was later verified to them by one William C. Heyl, who, as a toxicologist at Walter Reed at the time, claimed to have "cleaned up" the lab and disposed of various substances from LSD, to Cocaine that were in the lab following Mr Scott's demise.
Mr. Heyl also claimed that he did not dispose of all the substances, and that he in fact, "partied" with one George Walker Bush, that summer. Yes, you read that correctly. He was highly credable, and can be found as an author of various papers on toxicology on the web. He spoke at the time of being in fear for his well being, because of what he had witnessed George Walker Bush do in a "Blackout" in a boat on The Chesapeake Bay, that summer. We have been having difficulty finding him.
