I work best with leaders in a system who want to get something unstuck or see what’s in the way of their best efforts achieving results.
Thanks to decades of working with individuals, couples, families, and complex systems, I am able to grasp the dynamics of a system intuitively, quickly, comprehensively.
It always begins with the CEO or other leader and their description of the situation. They usually define the situation as a problem or set of problems or else I wouldn’t be there.
The way we define a problem is always a revelation. Our description of the landscape “out there” always describes ourselves and how we interact with others in the system. Because all systems are organizations of energy and information, I pay particular attention to how energy flows or is blocked, how information is used or misused to create a shared vision of goals and objectives and the actions necessary to achieve them – or not.
